Let's Prepare Your
Photo Video Montage
- Decide on the theme of your photo video montage (ex. Wedding, Anniversary, Memorial Tribute).
- Gather the photos, newspaper clippings, baby announcements (any flat item size 8X12 or
smaller) that you want to include in your montage. Make sure to get a total count of your
items. Then choose from one of our
packages.
- Arrange your items in the order you want to see them displayed. Try to tell a story
with your montage.
- Decide on the wording for your title slides. Each package includes one title slide
which most people use to introduce the montage.
- Number each item on the back. Use a sticky note. Do not write directly on your photos as
this could damage them. It's also a good idea to use pencil when numbering the sticky notes,
as ink could bleed onto the next photo when you stack them to ship.
- Select the music for your photo video montage. Choose music that is most meaningful to you, and whose
lyrics will enhance the story you are telling. Pay attention to the length of the music you
choose as well. Most often, your memories will appear on screen for 8 seconds each. Multiply
8 seconds by the number of memories you are including. Divide that number by 60, to get the
approximate number of minutes of music you'll need.
- Prepare your items for shipping. We recommend that you pack your memories in plastic
zip-loc bags in between cardboard slabs to protect them during shipping. CDs should be in a
case, and wrapped in newspaper or bubble wrap so the CDs and/or cases don't get broken, then
everything should be packed in a box with packing material or wrapped in newspaper or bubble
wrap. We also recommend that you send your memories via an insured traceable method. Mail your
items along with your payment if paying by check or money order (if paying by credit card, you
will be invoiced via PayPal) to:

- You will receive an email upon receipt of your package. Our standard turnaround time is 14 days. Your original items along with your photo video montage will be returned to you. You will also receive an email once your
item has shipped.
